How does the gift voucher work?

If you want to gift someone a voucher for an escape room game, the recipient can use it for any game in our selection. They just need to book the desired time slot in advance and present the voucher during the game, either in printed or electronic form.


What is the cost of the voucher?

The voucher price is the same as the standard escape room game price and depends solely on the number of participants. Each game can accommodate between 2 and 6 players.

  • 2 players – 4000 RSD
  • 3 players – 5000 RSD
  • 4 players – 5500 RSD
  • 5 players – 6000 RSD
  • 6 players – 6500 RSD

For example, if the voucher is for a group of 2 players, the price is 4000 RSD, while for a group of 6 players, the price is 6500 RSD.

If you gifted a voucher for 2 players, but they decide to bring 4 players instead, they simply pay the price difference. In this case, they would pay an additional 1500 RSD (the price for 2 players is 4000 RSD, and for 4 players, it’s 5500 RSD).


How can I get the voucher?

  1. Physical voucher:
    You can purchase a physical voucher at any of our locations. Please call us in advance at 0649177530 (working hours: 3 PM–9 PM) so our team can inform you about the best time to pick it up. Payment is made in cash at the location (card payments are not supported).
  2. Electronic voucher:
    We can send you an electronic version of the voucher after you make a bank transfer. The electronic voucher is identical to the physical one. You can print it if you want, but it’s not necessary as the recipient can show the voucher image on their phone during the game.


Who should I contact about the voucher?

For an electronic voucher, send an email to pinescaperooms@gmail.com with the following details:

  • The name of the person gifting the voucher
  • The name of the recipient
  • The number of players for the voucher

We will send you the bank account details for payment and prepare the voucher. Once we confirm your payment, we’ll email you the voucher.

For a physical voucher, call 0649177530 (working hours: 3 PM–9 PM) to schedule a time for pickup.


What does the voucher look like?

The image above shows the voucher design. It includes the name of the person gifting it, the recipient’s name, and a unique code. This code is added by us to allow our Game Master to verify the voucher’s validity and the number of players it covers.
